His career spans civil and mechanical works, turnkey execution, and high-compliance industrial projects in the mining, smelting, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

 

At DGC TalentWorks, Denver leads the division’s strategic and operational direction, overseeing workforce mobilisation, contract staffing, recruitment solutions, and performance-based deployment models that enhance productivity, safety, and compliance.

 

He is recognised for his expertise in multidisciplinary project execution, organisational turnaround, and stakeholder engagement, and plays a central role in aligning TalentWorks with the Group’s vision of delivering sustainable workforce solutions across the continent.
