Denver Gounden is the Managing Director of DGC TalentWorks, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in operations management, industrial services, and project delivery across Africa and internationally. His career spans civil and mechanical works, turnkey execution, and high-compliance industrial projects in the mining, smelting, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

James Waller is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Dickinson Group of Companies (DGC), bringing more than 30 years of international financial leadership experience across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and the UK. He has held senior executive roles in multinational trading, supply chain finance, logistics, and industrial services, where he has consistently built resilient financial structures, secured international funding, and supported large-scale expansion initiatives.
