Marelize du Plessis is the Recruitment Assistant for DGC TalentWorks, where she supports recruitment coordination, workforce development, and SETA-related compliance across the Group’s operations. With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, payroll administration, and training compliance, her career spans the healthcare, mining, and industrial sectors.

 

She holds a certificate in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from the University of North-West and is a certified Skills Development Facilitator accredited through ETDP-SETA. Fluent in both English and Afrikaans, Marelize is recognised for her attention to detail, compliance expertise, and commitment to building effective workforce systems that support DGC’s operational growth.
