James Waller is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Dickinson Group of Companies (DGC), bringing more than 30 years of international financial leadership experience across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and the UK. He has held senior executive roles in multinational trading, supply chain finance, logistics, and industrial services, where he has consistently built resilient financial structures, secured international funding, and supported large-scale expansion initiatives.

 

A Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Accounting Science and Honours from the University of South Africa, James has led financial strategy for publicly listed, privately held, and multinational companies with turnovers exceeding $350 million. His expertise includes group structuring, governance, risk management, tax optimisation, and capital raising. At DGC, he plays a central role in guiding the Group’s financial governance, international structuring, and long-term growth strategy.
