Kizito Muyembi serves as the Operations & HR Manager for Dickinson Group of Companies (DGC) in the Democratic Republic of Congo. With over 15 years of experience spanning mining, labour outsourcing, security, and banking, he oversees workforce deployment, HR compliance, and operational delivery for clients across the DRC’s mining and heavy industry sectors.

 

Kizito holds a degree in Business Information Technology with a focus on analysis and programming, supported by certifications in business management, finance, and entrepreneurship. He is recognised for his expertise in workforce planning, labour law compliance, and HR systems management, ensuring that DGC’s workforce solutions remain both effective and compliant in one of Africa’s most complex operating environments.
