Mapalo Swala Chinyama is the Operations Manager for DGC Workforce Solutions in Zambia, where he oversees workforce planning, client engagement, and site-level performance across the country’s mining and industrial sectors. With a strong foundation in human resource management, he combines operational discipline with a people-first approach to deliver efficient and compliant workforce solutions.

 

Before stepping into operations, Mapalo served as HR Manager at DGC Africa, where he helped formalise HR structures, strengthen compliance, and enhance employee engagement across multiple client sites. Earlier in his career, he held senior HR roles at Reliant Mining and Construction, supporting Mopani and Lubambe Copper Mines.

 

Mapalo holds a BSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Lusaka and is a member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources and Management (ZIHRM). He is recognised for his ability to align people, processes, and performance, contributing to DGC TalentWorks’ mission of delivering world-class workforce solutions across the region.
