While training scope is controlled, our workforce recruitment and outsourcing services remain unrestricted, allowing us to support clients with a far broader range of trades, specialists, and leadership roles.
TURNING SKILLS INTO SITE-READY CAPABILITY
Our end-to-end workforce model connects skills development directly to employability and productivity.
SKILLS TO SITE:
Learners trained in the seven accredited skills transition into paid roles across mining, energy, infrastructure, and industrial maintenance. Where DRC training centres are still being established, a small number of expert coaches may be temporarily deployed to UXI facilities for targeted coaching blocks. This is an interim measure only, not a long-term solution.
RECRUITMENT & OUTSOURCING:
We provide project-based staffing models that scale up or down for shaft sinking, shutdowns, smelter rebuilds, and brownfield expansions. Our pre-vetted talent pools include welders, riggers, electricians, fitters, instrumentation technicians, crane operators, supervisors, safety officers, and project managers.
CROSS-BORDER MOBILITY:
Through established partners such as ZedVisa and Paherjob, we manage compliant work permits, renewals, and onboarding processes across Southern and Central Africa, ensuring crews arrive legally, safely, and on time.
SCIENTIFIC SELECTION:
Using trusted third-party partnerships, we conduct psychometric and role-fit assessments to de-risk hiring, improve safety orientation, and strengthen succession planning.
INTEGRATED HR & PAYROLL:
We provide transparent, compliant people operations by integrating HR and payroll processes with client systems, simplifying multi-site workforce management.
CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT PATHWAYS:
Once placed, workers continue to grow through targeted upskilling in the seven accredited skills and front-line leadership, improving retention, redeployment, and site performance.
PILOTS AND FUTURE-STATE INNOVATION
