Wesley Silwamba is the HR Manager for Dickinson Group of Companies (DGC) in Zambia, where he leads human capital strategy, labour compliance, and employee relations across the Group’s industrial operations. With a Master of Laws (LLM) in Labour Law and a strong background in organisational development, Wesley brings a legal and strategic perspective to workforce management.

 

An Associate Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHIRM), Wesley is recognised for his expertise in labour law compliance, employee engagement, and HR policy development. His leadership ensures that DGC’s workforce practices remain effective, compliant, and aligned with the Group’s operational goals across Zambia.
